James' love of juggling from an early age has spilt into his daily health regime! The sport of JOGGLING is a world wide phenomenon that sees participants running and juggling at the same time!
Having successfully run several half marathon and marathon races while juggling three balls; James enjoys nothing more that entertaining and chatting with other racers. Encouraging them to KEEP GOING, finding out their stories and giving them a fun distraction from the passing miles.
Sometimes all people really need is a reminder that no matter how serious life gets, a little bit of silliness goes a long way!
